If you thought sunglasses were just a summer accessory - think again! Adopting healthy lifestyle habits helps keep your eyes and vision healthy. Protect your eyes from sun damage when the UV index rises to 3 or more, even on cloudy days. #EyeWeek #VisionMatters #NationalEyeHealthWeek

Did you know? 1 in 5 children are living with an undiagnosed vision problem. Regular sight tests are vital to detect and treat problems early, helping them get the #BestStartInLife. NHS sight tests are free for under 16s and under 19s in full-time education. #VisionMatters #EyeWeek

When was the last time you had an eye test? Routine eye tests are essential health checks, even if you think your eyes are fine. Sight tests can detect vision issues and spot signs of health conditions like #diabetes #highcholesterol #VisionMatters #EyeWeek #NationalEyeHealthWeek
Against a light pink background is the following text in purple and bright pink: "I've had an eye test. Have you?" To the right of this is a photograph of a woman with long straight dark brown hair, wearing a white blouse who looks like she is looking at the text. The image also contains the National Eye Health Week logo.
