As for consuming milk? That's the definition of being a mammal. Humans are one of the few rare mammals that regularly drink the milk of other species, though there are biological drawbacks. But a lot of other mammals would also drink the milk of a different species if it was put in front of them.

Cannibalism is strictly defined as eating the body of the same species, be it flesh, organs, muscle, or bone. Wild species that regularly resort to cannibalism are biologically acclimated to doing so, but for species that don't (like humans) prion diseases tend to be common.

There are generally specific terms for consuming other bodily products that are separate from cannibalism; hematophagia, coprophagia, urophagia, so on. I can't find any term regarding consuming sweat or tears, but that's probably because there's very little nutritional value in them.
