I've been seeing the decline starting in 2024 from multiple sources, but I don't really feel like compiling everything. redfin and zillow probably have the most accurate numbers on housing right now since everything in this country is privatized. I guess we will know more as time passes.

If the data was from 2020-2022, maybe, but both have been in sharp decline (over 50% since 2024).

The speed at which the elites are taking everything from us makes me think they know something we don't. Is it a meteor? Is it rapidly approaching climate catastrophe? Whatever it is, the plan is to amass as much wealth as possible while leaving us to die.

This map doesn't make sense at all, rates of migration to Texas and Florida are in sharp decline.

Meanwhile people look at me like I am insane when I wear a mask in public.

Yeah this new one seems really bad, like a return to 2020 bad. It's burning through Asia right now. My parents got the cold that's circulating a few weeks ago and had similar symptoms to what your partner has now.

Yeah that sounds like a cold and not covid.

The new covid's main symptom is a terrible sore throat, so if he doesn't have that it's probably not covid, which is good news.

Hoping you are able to avoid getting sick! I know the new covid strain is in California, but it doesn't seem to be super pervasive yet. There's also a bad cold circulating, hoping he has the later and you stay healthy!
