Good morning Cathy and ORCs. Had a disturbed night’s sleep, I was too hot I think. It was such a lovely warm autumn day yesterday that I went for a long walk all around the local woods, the furthest ever for me since my accident. Guess I’ll be stiff today so I’m off for an early swim to loosen up!

Good morning Cathy and ORCs. OH and I are having flu jabs this morning, still have to arrange Covid with the pharmacy. (Covid’s in an upwards wave now so take care out there.) Otherwise a quiet weekend tidying up after the boiler service and my reorganisation of the upstairs storage cupboards!

I’d look for a good bereavement counsellor. I don’t know how things work in France, but perhaps you could get a recommendation or referral from the GP? That might be a place to start, anyway. Thinking of you.
