I managed to land some 3D character freelance work for an upcoming game!! It's my first real taste of the industry, and I'm excited to work with professionals and get to contribute to something that will be published and playable by the end! 🎉 Plus I'll mostly be making furry characters ehehe

Thank you, Logan. In the last couple of months, she was spending more time beside me than usual. I think she knew her time was coming and that was her way of saying her goodbyes to me, with lots of cuddles and love.

The Pyrexia standees are still planned! I contacted a new US based producer and we're trying to work out the color calibration for the new prints. It takes about a week for me to receive a new test print, so it's been very slow in iterating across new versions.

Looks very cute! And the textures are looking clean, too. Frontal snouts are always very tricky, especially for more beastial facial structures. I usually throw in a screenshot and do a paintover to help feel out what works and what doesn't.

Rest in Peace Lydia, I already miss you so, so much... She was always such a gentle and loving cat. Every night she'd lay beside my pillow and cuddle with me. Even though I knew she was well into her senior years, it still feels too soon to say goodbye.

I thought I was done with the mesh work, but I had to go back and redo Caley's mouth and teeth topology due to baking errors. And then I accidentally overwrote my files and lost all my body shapekey data arrghh It's not a terrible setback, but it is delaying the texturing process a bit...

I think it would be best for me to refocus on my larger projects. Until they are finished I will always feel a bit of hesitation when starting something new. First up is the Caley model- I finally got her ready for texturing in substance! All the collab work from Wyrm is done at this point.

I did these goofy hurt/throw sprites. Since I'm not into hurt/pain stuff, I tried to keep them comical. The top slipping down was on the suggestion of a friend. Originally I wasn't going to go that far with them, but since I'm working off of a sfw base I figure I can be silly with the nsfw version.
