Good read for radiologists/trainees: Avoid phrases like “is seen” or “is detected” in reports—they convey a lack of confidence in your skills. Use phrases like “No CT evidence of,” to acknowledge modality constraints without casting doubt on your competence. pubs.rsna.org/doi/full/10.... #RadSky
