#Ebola #DR_Congo Personne ne doit rester en arrière. Au Complexe scolaire Espoir des Sourds Muets, nous avons adapté la sensibilisation avec un interprète, des images et des dessins. Les Savons et les fournitures scolaires ont accompagné cette action pour une prévention accessible à tous.

📌 People with albinism have heightened sensitivity to UV radiation and heat, posing severe risks to their skin and eyes. Heatwaves and the loss of vegetation cover increase exposure. This climate related vulnerability compounds social marginalization, creating a state of double invisibility.

Après notre sensibilisation à la prévention de la maladie à virus Ebola, nous avons partagé un agréable moment de détente avec les enfants de l’orphelinat Loboko ya Yesu. Qlq pas de danse, des sourires et beaucoup de convivialité ont contribué au bien-être, y compris à la santé mentale des enfants.

At least 626 deaths and 2,426 missing persons. We are raising funds through two parallel crowdfunding campaigns (in Spanish and English), all of this will be used to provide urgent humanitarian aid to all those affected, including food, medicine, and essential supplies.

The frontier between Nepal and Tibet has been devastated by a massive avalanche and a flash flood causedd by the collapse of a 5,000-meter-high glacier, probably due to the climate change. The disaster has spread across Rasuwa, Nuwakot, Dhading, and Gorkha.

🌍 Climate impacts hit vulnerable communities hardest. Through #Climate4HealthAndDignity, we urge leaders at #SB64 to increase adaptation and resilience finance for people with albinism, Indigenous Peoples and local communities. Adaptation is a necessity, and funding must reach the frontlines.

Environment Day's, as part of our #Climate4HealthAndDignity project, we brought together around twenty young people with albinism for a discussion on climate action. Together, we reflected on the impact of climate change on their health and explored solutions for greater resilience and inclusion.
