NEW EPISODE (finally) Sabotain: Break The Rules has become a fascination in certain corners of the internet. Because a Russian take on an open-world RPG had a fascinating outside look at the genre? Nope- because it was crapped out completely unfinished! youtu.be/iK0dd4O-5jA?...

Somehow I got to play the new Star Fox’s multiplayer with @austinmccloud64.bsky.social, @kylevoices.bsky.social and other members of Austin’s discord today. Mostly I sucked, but this was probably my favorite clip I got. Was a lot of fun.

I think I’ve developed a higher standard for friends than most To me, friends are people who actively want to talk to you, there’s a two way mutual connection…they’d miss you if you were gone… Anything below that is an acquaintance to me at best Have had too many “fake friends” to think otherwise

Websites and apps normalizing spending money just to find friends or groups with similar interests is one of the worst things to ever happen. Not paying just to have it fall apart again or find out it’s another clique that I don’t fit in with. Rant over…

Aaaand she's done! Samus Aran to cap off the Metroid Prime Hunter. I went for her Dread design for three reasons. A more even power level (you are cartoonishly stronger than the other hunters in the campaign) I already have a Figuarts of her main design.

TBH, I don’t know. Especially since the old 3DS could run GBA games. More than likely they locked them on purpose to sell the thing. But the power boost is genuine. Certain games ran better on it.

Now and again I’ll hear people raving about It Takes Two and Split Fiction, praising how amazing they are as co-op experiences. And here I am…never been able to play them because I have no one to play them with… 🫠

Yeah. A few games and SNES Virtual Console were exclusive to the New model

TLDR: -RE2 wasn’t the DualShock version, but its performance was practically flawless -Pac Man World had a small hiccup or two but was otherwise flawless -Castlevania SOTN had minor slowdown and crackly audio in a few rooms -Spider Man was playable but had much more significant hiccups.

Whelp, I officially gave PS1 emulation on 3DS a try. It’s only really feasible on the New 3DS because the old models just don’t have the power for it. And even then, New 3DS only barely has enough.

TBH, the 3DS version wasn’t much better on content. It had a better Classic Mode, and Smash Run is infinitely preferable to Smash Tour (if maybe still not very replayable) But other modes like Events were missing, so you ran out of stuff to do even quicker “All about dat online! 🤪👍”
