Only other thing I noted is that when the freeze happens, msedge.exe reads a decent sized chunk of something and then writes a chunk of something after, and it didn't seem to be doing that at any other time of the capture. But weak evidence unless it happens each time the freeze happens.

That GPU dip is definitely sus. Unfortunately the row sort for the resource monitor window during the freeze is Status and I/O Priority for CPU/Disk, where to see a tiny spike we'd want it sorted by CPU(%) and Total (B/sec) descending probably.

At first glance, this looks less like networking to me and more like something else is grabbing your PC's resources. I wonder if you could do some profiling and see if your GPU, HDDs, or CPU spikes at the same time

When I try to solidify actionable, long term goals for my far future, I still can't get past "I don't truly know what I desire and it frightens me into inaction." It's embarassing. And the more I work each day the less I think about it, it's a perverse avoidance ritual. But I have to keep trying!

Wicked fun overall. Tags were useful. I went back and forth between "it's a little dark in here" and "it's good for the vibe" w/r/t lighting. For chairs, my personal desire is to feel close to the crowd even if seated (like motel), so I ended up on a pile of hay instead of beanbags further out
