My South Carolina paper on ticket splitting is now at JOP. Voters cross party lines in local races more often than they do in Congress, helping incumbents and high-quality candidates. This is surprising since there's less media/campaigns for these offices www.journals.uchicago.edu/doi/10.1086/...
