I relate. I've taken to treating my emotions like the weather: It won't be like this forever and it doesn't mean anything about me personally, but I should still wear a raincoat when I need one. Where "raincoat" is whatever it is that I need to feel human while I experience what I'm experiencing.

I found a filter (is that what they're called?) called OnlyPosts, that only shows posts (from people I follow). It still includes quote posts, but not the nothing-added reposts. It's much better. If that's something you aren't already aware of, I can try to figure out where I found it 😅
