I attended #JillLepore 's talk on the US Constitution @uzh-ch.bsky.social. The US has no constitutional amendment that addresses digital technology, incl. #AI. Switzerland has a provision on data privacy. What should be a constitutional right in the digital age? Beyond free speech?
