OH. right! i get it now!

i get why AI is so depressing to me. because covid already shrunk my world to almost nothing, where almost all of my life revolves around socializing and watching videos on the internet (which is being ruined by AI) and creating creative works through coding (which is being ruined by AI), often using open source tools and libraries (which are being ruined by AI)

i already had so little and now even that is being rotted away before my eyes

I love Breaking Bad but I can't ignore how glacial it feels at the start 😔 I think it starts picking up as season 2 goes but I think it really hits its stride by the time of season 3 I'm really glad I've watched it but it took me multiple attempts of starting it to get there

Was reading @joewintergreen.com's blog posts about it and it made me really want something like this for Godot, because I was a Hammer baby and always loved that system, and it's been surprisingly fun so far to make my own! It'll be free under the MIT license once it's out, like most Godot addons

Heya! Over the past two weeks, I've been working on my own addon like this one but for #GodotEngine! It's called DashIO, and I'll be making its Codeberg repo public once I have enough "entities" for it to be more useful (hopefully soon), but for now I'm really itching to talk about it!! #DashIO

Doesn't help either that like 99% of the time when people go "it's not vibe coded, it just assisted!!!" it's literally just vibe coded, they think the tiniest of token human interaction (even if it just means "I skimmed the code and looks good to me") means they did basically all the work themselves

The problem is that mining can run at low enough power to be hard to notice in this type of botnet, they don't really have hard system requirements unlike LLMs, less power just means slower mining, but LLMs need a lot just to run at all Someone made a Bitcoin miner for the Game Boy as a novelty
