Went to my local Asian market place looking for a rice cooker. As I'm looking at rice cookers, a gentlemen working there wanders over to help me. His first question was 'how many people are eating?' I said 'one', he takes me to different area, and now I have this teeny tiny rice cooker.

With death of Samsung Messages, I've switched to Textra which I haven't used since my HTC/Motorola phone days and the app remembers that I paid for pro in 2015. That really helps this switch suck less. I just know I'm NOT switching to Google Messages.

When Murderbot got upgraded from Windows 10 to 11 a couple years ago, it stopped recognizing my Zune. Well, my new build recognizes my Zune!!! I've also still yet to come up with a new name for this computer.

Refurbished had his yearly check up Fri & the rest of his weekend has sucked. He does NOT like taking meds, which will be a daily thing now. Other than spinal arthritis his vet says he looks extremely great for his age (almost 13). He's going to be so mad next Fri when he goes in for his molar trim.

Not enough sleep, going to be a long day. Building fire alarms went off at 3am, by the time my super slow broken self was dressed the alarms were turned off, another false alarm. Checked the scanners online, someone burned their late night snack in the oven.

It's took me a while because Refurbished came up with better reasons for us to spend money on him instead (Vet bills), but I got that new fountain pen! With so much time to research, I settled in on the Pilot Prera and OMG it writes so much smoother than the preppy.

This years Hobonichi is another last years to be re-dated with my bunny stickers & washi tapes. I'm also trying a different size this year and got an A6 Hon instead of my usual weeks.
