I have been full on intentially girl moding at work for over 3 months now. I dressed more masc/androgynous before. Customers are nicer to me. More coworkers are talking to me out of the blue. Talked about it with my coach and how weird it was. “You did your hair and makeup and look cute. Duh”

Learning makeup alone while reading guides I think is the perfect description of how lonely it is being trans. I didn’t learn it with other girls at slumber parties, giggling at mistakes. I stared at a blank image, and copied it. The pay off is 1000% worth it, but it’s a sad thought.

I unfortunately see a lot of “it’s too late for me….” Posts about transitioning as a trans woman from people in their early 20s. I didn’t take this seriously until like 6 months after my 26th birthday and I look great, but more importantly, I want to see my future. It’s never too late for HRT.
