Also with everything else going on I feel like the fact we opened at 10am on Friday after no load in plan in place Thursday is also been glossed over? Like we didn’t even get proper load in hours or a usable dock?

The layout flow isn’t a thing, we’re blocked off, tables are in weird placements will pillars, they’re not letting people in or doing crowd management in any sort of sane way, signage is bad, info is spotty and isn’t even accessible outside telegram

I still can’t get over how bad this layout is and when pointed out this con claiming it’s because our displays are to good and economy bad…. I track sales per person and amount per sale…both great for this show, attendees are amazing and they are spending I have a lack of fucking people
