Finalized how players are evaluated now and how they are projected in the future. Key part of being a GM - evaluating how good your players are and are likely to be down the line. Check it out here: www.reddit.com/r/sheetsofic... #hockey #indiegames #indiedev #fantasysports

Second part of the player evaluation - the projection - is coming into form. The first part is how are they performing today, and the second is how will they perform at peak. AI GM and human GM need that to make decisions against their plan. www.reddit.com/r/sheetsofic... #indiedev #hockey

Making some visual progress on Player Evaluation. Yes, I went overboard with the amount of data for my hockey GM simulation game. But I'm making this for me any any other data obsessed hockey person. #hockey #indiedev #indiegames #gmsimulation www.reddit.com/r/sheetsofic...

Now that I'm into a few days of simming & testing, I wanted to show this new series preview page. Plus how my team did in the conference finals... #hockey #indiedev #indiegames #gmsimulation www.reddit.com/r/sheetsofic...

Tuning player development on an unbounded ability axis is fun! I didn't want to build a 1-100 ability system, so I tried this. It works great 99.99% of the time. Then Michael Cain, the extreme outlier, shows up... www.reddit.com/r/sheetsofic... #hockey #indiedev #indiegames #gmsim

Planning out how GMs will evaluate players. I want to build something that mimics real life so I'm not exposing raw attributes like EANHL does. Check out my plan and tell me if I'm full of crap www.reddit.com/r/sheetsofic... #hockey #indiedev #indiegames

My hockey dynasty GM simulator was producing some wild games. I thought maybe it needed more tuning. But after the CAR-VGK game 3 #stanleycup result, it seemed more realistic. www.reddit.com/r/sheetsofic... #hockey #fantasysports #indiedev #indiegames

So the engine I built ran into some calibration issues after I built the first league module and ran a bunch of seasons - the average stats looked great across the league, but the upper bounds were WAY off.
