I can't see any situation on a tour as big as Ed Sheerhan and Macklemore where the venue can dictate who opens for the main performer. Everyone knew who was playing a year ago when the contract was being negotiated. For Kraft to be able to do this it would have $$$ impact. Unless...

It's a play it three times in a row type of album. And if you like it, try to find Live in the City of Light, which has some ridiculously bombastic performances of most of these songs. Copies usually go pretty cheap, but it's in my top five live albums.
