Yes but thanks for the link. I'll be looking specifically at primary care pressures in coming weeks as we widen the reporting scope. I think everyone recognises the ideal, but the reality, the demand and constraints and the 10m appointments etc just makes it so hard to do well.

The measles outbreak in Enfield saw 250 suspected cases - it began in a primary school with 40 unvaccinated cases then spreading into unvaccinated Somali and traveller families. Catch up clinics didnt work, but call / recall by GPs saw more vaccinations than any month since 2018

NHSE has no national policy on quarantining equipment involved in a serious incident. Some trusts have clear policies to do so, others don't. Similarly some trusts challenge penicillin allergy claims, but most don't. Teicoplanin is assoc with severe reactions.

Nurses urged doctors to dial 2222 — the hospital’s emergency crash number. They did this five times, but this was refused by the doctors, contrary to local guidance.
