Glad to hear that his surgery was a success ^_^

I have no idea why they signed off having paid characters when this is suppose to be the non gacha version of the game and the gacha version is still getting updated. Not really a great way to entice players to download the gacha version.

The next game that I decided to play was Onimusha: Way of the Sword. It will probably live up to the same experience that Ace Combat 8 gave 👀

The hardest part after playing a 10/10 game is finding another game that can match that same experience you just felt.

Ash @shaulaash.bsky.social · 04/10/2026

✅ My Game of the year. You don’t have to play other games in the series since it is a self contained story which each entry in the series. You won’t regret playing this game.

✅ Outstanding sound design that engrosses you in the experience of flying and accomplishing your mission. ✅ Can customize your aircraft with different parts to help you achieve better scores on missions. ✅ Game so good that I want to play future entries in the series and past ones

💜 Baturday night in the city 💜

Fanart drawing of Batgirl trading her traditional costume for more casual wear, just posing all cool and stuff in front of Gotham City. I wonder who she's waiting on?

Still have around 11 missions to complete in Ace Combat 8, but I have to say that is definitely my favorite military/war focused campaign in a long time. Even with this being my first game in the series, this game has hooked me in playing future entries in the series.

Ace Combat 8: Wings of Theve missions are so emotional 😭 Hard to hold back the tears while trying to accomplish everything that you have to get done in the missions.

You are going to either love or hate this film, but ultimately you will question whether or not waiting all that time for the revelation was worth it or not.

Well Digger was a movie I guess… I get the whole premise of the movie but none of the jokes really made me laugh. A certain plot point is pointless in the grand scheme of things. I was more interested in the reveal itself rather than having to sit through the film to get to the reveal.

Who knows you might enjoy it a lot. If the combat isn’t a huge issue with you while you are playing it then you most likely will finish the game.

110

Ash @shaulaash.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

They would have to significantly improve the combat experience for me to come back to this game. I was already getting bored of the combat after only playing a couple of hours.

010

Ash @shaulaash.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

I enjoyed the first Control more since you trying to piece everything that is going on and understand the world that you are playing. Here is just feels like I am doing the same thing over and over again without no uniqueness that set it apart.

160

Ash @shaulaash.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

After giving it one more go, I decided to drop Control Resonant. Combat isn’t exciting me any more since it just mashing several buttons. Story haven’t hooked me since the start of the game. Some puzzles are just buggy/annoying to solve I enjoyed the first Control, but this isn’t for me.
