It's only just really dawned on me that I have less than 7 days left of being 35. Honestly, my 30s have been SO much better than my 20s. I also didn't think I would be alive past 29.. in 2019 I was in a dark place mentally, so the fact I've made it this far makes me proud.

99 years ago, The Jazz Singer effectively marked the end of silent movies. Today marks the end of Warner as a studio, and the beginning of it being a “boutique brand” offered by Skydance. Movie history is lost in the same way as Disney eating 20th Century Fox did.

I’ll admit it, I get too wrapped up in my head about who I think I need to be for others to accept me. The truth is I am who I am, which is an unbelievable mega nerd who likes a lot of things. If people won’t accept me as I am, then they are not for me. And that is ok.

Four years ago today I saw Iron Maiden along with my family in one of the best concerts I ever went to. I lost my voice singing at the top of my lungs, but it was worth it. A lot has changed in my life since 2022..
