I’ve seen people report Google Translate going full AI slop and guessing a probable word instead of just translating the input, but I never saw anything so blatant myself before. Notice how it translates the #Danish word “tiende” alternatively as “tenth” or “eighth”.

This evening #Denmark electricity prices are spiking right at the beginning of the heatwave. During mid-day the solar was contributing to keeping it low, but it couldn’t keep up the closer we got to the sunset. Almost 1€/kWh for next hour!

For some reason #AppleMusic decided that the entire app should be tinted based on the album art colors, ignoring user preferences. Which resulted in dark mode looking like this. I’m glad I didn’t listen to this album after dark.

A hotel room I’m staying in has this old iPhone dock with 30-pin connector. It’s apparently called “Chronos iDock Series II” and the label proudly proclaims that it’s been designed in UK. I cannot find the manufacturing date, but it’s clearly been here for a while.
