I was stressed at work for NOTHING😭 I had a patient that had an appointment today but I couldn't find their chart (the office is old school, I pull all their info from a filing cabinet) Patient gave me their nickname and not their actual name😆🙃 when they scheduled an apt Nice. Found their chart.
