For Clarity: The Theorist left Loot in the Fomori Vault in the Echoverse, in stasis. Loot *woke up* in there with the knowledge that something was horribly wrong with the Multiverse, and he's stuck. The Theorist did not wake him up and then lock him up. It's another unintended consequence.

Species Unknown, he/him

Trapped in a dark vault, awakened by the knowledge that something is wrong with the Multiverse, Loot seethes. A nightmarish miasma hovers around him, coiling around the fabric of reality. This feral beast contains the power to create vortices and obliterate those who cross his path. Claw marks scar the metal vault walls, betraying the creature's eagerness to escape.

Loot is just one of the dangers the Theorist wants to keep hidden and secure in the vault on Thunder Junction.
