I post on social media so I can connect with new clients. Their joy and relief and confidence when they see weight coming off warms my heart every single check in. But MAN it feels so bad to post about myself when people are getting killed and kidnapped like this

I have abs and find discipline more freeing than making excuses for bad habits. I also don’t feel the need to project my emotions on people making different choices than me 🙃

Well this is all too familiar. It’s different than how most operate, which of itself feels isolating. But at the same time tranquil to let your internal world exist in its own wholeness without clawing outward for validation. Things can just be and that’s its own kind of peace
