in Department 836, before the Honorable Judge Curtis A. Kin. Dorothy M. Gibbons-White appeared for Petitioner, William Guds. Jonathan Bislig appeared remotcly for the City of Los Angeles by LACourtCoancet. This Court reviewed all evidence and briefs submitted by both parties and heard oral arguments.
The Court adopted its tentative order published on August 25, 2026 and incorporated the
ressoning contained therein. That decision is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED:
I. The petition is granted. Judgment is entered on behalf of the Petitioner on the Verified Petition for Writ of Mandate filed on 12/08/2025.
2. A peremptory writ of mandate shall issue under the scal of this Court commanding
