I dont think the ballot was well-intended. It did exactly what it was designed to do. Just like the Sec of State of FL knew exactly what it was doing when it purged 57,000 voters from the roles. Just like SCOTUS, knew what is was doing when stopped the reccount. We are living those legacy now.
