And a couple of selfies! I got to meet Spiderman and wear a rainbow firefighter helmet, and Finlay Shark got to meet a dolphin and @joesvx.bsky.social 's Quagsire! Good job they're both water-type, because the rain came pouring down and poor Quagsire got soaked

Photo of me, a slim woman in her 20's with long blonde and magenta hair, posing in a rainbow-coloured firefighter helmet while holding an intersex progress pride flag bearing the Grampian Fire and Rescue crest. I'm wearing a blue and pink cropped hoodie with a print of a white D.Va bunny and black pixel text reading "GAME OVER". Both my arms are covered in Kandi bracelets in various flavours of gay colours, I have pride and trans pride face paints on my cheeks, and I'm covered in badges and stickers. I'm holding a rainbow bag that Finlay the smolhaj is riding in, but he's not paying attention to the photo.

Another photo of me standing next to a person in a dolphin costume. The dolphin is dressed as a sailor and is holding Finlay Shark, who looks happy :)

Another photo of me, this time wearing a rainbow rain poncho, posing with Spiderman (he's the real Spiderman). Spidey is pointing at the camera looking cool. Finlay is in the middle being a poser.

Photo if Finlay the smolhaj next to a (rather wet) Quagsire. At least they're both water-types!

Had fun at #GrampianPride today. Shame the rain came on though. Ended up going home when it got too wet. Was still a good turnout despite the weather though #pride #Aberdeen #parade #PrideMonth

Couple of summer selfies!... in spring... Enjoying the Scottish sun (the fireball in the sky, not the newspaper lol)

Selfie of me (torso-up), a slim woman in her late 20s with long blonde and pink hair and pale skin. I'm outside on a clear day, walking down a suburban path. I'm wearing a light cream short-sleeved dress with random direction black stripes, a pair of semi-frameless sunglasses with pink-green pearlescent lenses, and a gold-ish thin necklace with 3 hearts. I'm smiling lightly and enjoying the sun. My top buttons are open to reveal a bit of my chest, but not too much.

Head-to-thigh selfie of me, a slim woman in her late 20's with long pink and blonde hair and pale skin, on a sunny city street. I'm wearing a white strappy cami vest that you can barely see my white bra through, a pair of black denim short shorts, semi-frameless sunglasses with pink-green metallic lenses, and a small black backpack. I'm smiling kinda smugly but happily at the camera.

Since I'm too ill to go out today, I guess I'll post a trans timeline for #TDOV instead! Haven't done one of these yet so it's about time I did one too. #TransDayOfVisibility #Trans #Transgender #TransTimline

A timeline showing roughly how I've changed since starting HRT. The timeline consists of selfies of myself, a slim woman in her mid-to-late 20's with long blonde hair wearing various outfits, with headers above them showing the time along my journey. The dates are, from left to right: -9 months pre-HRT (Early winter 2020), +14 months HRT (Late Autumn 2022), +2 years HRT (Late Summer 2023), +2.666 years HRT (BONUS: Grampian Pride, end of May 2024), +3 years HRT (Halloween 2024).

Mmmmmm yummy electrolyte (that's on the "good" batteries)

Photo of the ends of the 3 lead acid batteries. The one on the left has a blob of electrolyte on the top seam, and the middle one had electrolyte smeared on the seam.

He's dead, Jim (It has 3 12V batteries wired in series. The other 2 are reading about 13V which is good. Just this one is 4V which is a sure sign of complete failure)

Photo of a multimeter taking a DC voltage reading from a sealed lead acid battery that's part of a series of batteries. The readout shows 4.335V DC

Today's #thriftstorefind is this gigantic Toshiba DVR19DTKB2 combination #DVD and #VHS recorder from I think 2009, which I picked up from the British Heart Foundation for £20. #thrift #thrifting #almostretro #VCR

Photo of the front of a Toshiba DVR19DTKB2 combination DVD and VHS recorder, sitting on my desk. The unit is all black with a thin silver trim horizontally across the length of its front panel. The chassis is metal, and the front panel is plastic with a black glass pane across the entire bottom half, which still has its protective film on it. There's also a white sticker on the glass with hand-written number "720" on it. The remote control is sitting on top of the unit.
