"At a time of unprecedented political instability and economic turmoil, California needs to send its best to Washington. Cut through the campaign noise, and it’s beyond obvious that person is Scott Wiener." www.sfchronicle.com/opinion/edit...
sfchronicle.com
Endorsement: Who should replace Nancy Pelosi in Congress? It’s not even a choice
OPINION: The most intriguing thing about the race between Scott Wiener and Connie Chan to fill Nancy Pelosi’s House seat is that it has become a race at all, the editorial board writes.

The California Supreme Court unanimously ruled that sheriff Bianco broke the law when he seized 650,000 ballots. He must also comply with my lawful directives around his unfounded Prop 50 investigation. California’s Constitution was upheld. No county sheriff will unlawfully seize your ballot again.

The @sfchronicle.com agrees, to ensure we have a sustainable funding source that *does not* come at the expense of other city programs, vote YES ON C to extend and strengthen the Affordable Housing Trust Fund!
sfchronicle.com
Endorsement: S.F needs affordable housing. Prop C is the smart way to pay for it
OPINION: There are other measures on the November ballot that market themselves as solutions to San Francisco’s housing woes. None are as effective as Prop C, the editorial board writes.

We just BLOCKED Trump’s attempt to interfere with your right to vote by mail. The U.S. Supreme Court DENIED Trump’s request to revive his illegal Executive Order targeting vote-by-mail ballots. That means our injunction stands. TRUMP has been SHUT DOWN. Your vote-by-mail ballot remains protected.
