recovering from surgery sucks. especially if the surgery is in a spot awkward to talk about. and is an unconventional surgery. “hi, I have a 5-inch-long gash on my underboob crease from my autoinflammatory skin condition surgery. what’s autoinflammatory mean? i don’t even know.”

had an in-office surgery yesterday that was so brutal. I’ve had two panic attacks since then; one was in the shower, the other right after I woke up this morning. I think I’m just overwhelmed with the aftercare and how long it will take to recover.
