I'm with the right person (no one) because I feel compelled to play games that are fun (dragonfable)

YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE
lf you're compelled to play games that don't feel fun, you`re probably with the wrong person.

Started as a little study and became another one of the 'Secret Society of Unpractical Headpieces in Space' series (that still does not exist) 🪐

Illustration by Eleonor Piteira showing a black woman with an elaborate golden headpiece. Her hair is curly and long, she's wearing a dress, and gold and blue make up on her eyes. She is framed by a circle and behind her there is a space view with a star and small planets.

It's the Fullmetal Alchemist! Oh, and the short guy too, I guess. An Elric brothers sketchdoodle for the day😎 #fma #october3rd #art

Don't forget, it's October 3rd! Never drew Edward, but I do have some old Alphonse doodles somewhere in the house since I always loved his design. Drew him a lot before classes in high school. Here's a little sketch I did while listening to "Uso" and "Again".

Edward here has his arm from the first episode rather than the later redesign that happens around episode idfkin remember lol, rewatch needed. Other than that "3 Oct. 11" is etched onto the forearm and Alphonse has some battel damage while standing faced away.

As I'm typing this, something cool came to mind. Edward is preparing a transmutation here, and someone that has watched FMA could interpret the drawing as him about to repair Alphonse's body after a battle as Edward's cloak is also torn. It shows their dynamic with Alphonse being physically more imposing as the little brother and Edward being a smaller yet caring older brother, evident by his sacrifice of his arm and leg to bring Alphonse back.

This type of stuff never comes to mind when I'm actually drawing lol, I just said hmmm, back to back brothers, this looks cool🫠

what if i drew a magical girl transformation. what then?

Kyouko Sakura from Puella Magi Madoka Magica does a transformation sequence. She throws her ring into the air and as it flashes, it bursts from the panels. A bow appears on her head, her uniform materializes into existence. She pulls up a stick of pocky and puts it between her teeth before twirling the spear that's acting as panel borders. She's surrounded by licks of red flame, but it becomes clear that significant parts of her body are covered in burn scars, deforming her ear and covering her arms.

And yet, she still wears a grin.

extremely shitty edit of a dream I had where the book 3 finale gang was waiting in line for this specific roller coaster for like 3 hours. every time I snoozed my alarm the line moved almost imperceptibly. they never got on the ride and I was almost late for work

a picture of arieforce one viewed from the line. in front of the roller coaster (left to right) are the characters present in the dragonfable book 3 finale: zvezdana and her ignominious, alteon, amadeus, warlic, steph/hero, alexander, akanthus, and jaania. til/draco/hero's dragon is sitting on the train above them.

Yes every woman has been harassed, many assaulted. But every woman has also experienced invisible loss from moments she avoided harassment. She felt a space becoming unsafe, so she left, while men stayed on. And in leaving, she lost: opportunities, experiences, learning, promotions, even simply fun.

Reminder that in 2009, Zevran being romanceable by a male warden caused enough of a stir to be on Jimmy Kimmel. I've found plenty of old forums where dudebros were super upset that Zevran called them handsome. This is where we were as a society not even that long ago.

Also very telling how they view these minority groups when they say Serendipity, a character meant to be played for laughs, was more than enough representation.

Which oddly enough leads to them claiming that DA2 actually handled LGBT themes perfectly. Except of course they were foaming at the mouth and claiming that the inclusion of any homosexual options was an act of exclusion, on Bioware's part, for hetero options.

170

Set @setvil.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

Then you remember how openly they lambasted DAI for its inclusion of characters like Sera and Krem, the latter of which they had a severe hate boner for because they didn't have the option to speak out against him for having his identity

180

Set @setvil.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

In 2024, they're bitching about Taash being non-binary and claiming they actually loved how Dragon Age Inquisition handled LGBT themes and characters

Set @setvil.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

It really is frustrating how long Bioware has been a target by grifters and right wingers for the mere crime of having inclusive elements in their games but what really gets me is how they lie about there being no outrage for previous entries

190

Set @setvil.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

"Moral choices, and zero politics..." Oh so we're just playing the game with our eyes closed then? No politics regarding what should be the fundamental rights of mages nor the circumstances of an entire race of people previously enslaved or those in lower classes and poverty?
