They're both upset at what happened, of course. And they're both happy I've returned. They don't say that they're nervous around me... But I wouldn't blame them. My sister was devastated by my tempering and also my death. Took her a while to realize she wasn't dreaming or hallucinating...

My mother is still around. Technically my father is, as well, but he has essentially disowned me. Not even for what happened with the Ward, but because I retired from knighthood... And I have a sister.

Tis a concern of mine, as well. That's why, at the moment, I do what I can. Free meals for those who need it. Helps me hone my craft, as well. I hope within a few years time, I will be able to make a much better name for myself.
