iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

Showcasing my AnimEDM style, Ame Hakubi and I have closed the entire festival with mostly Cyber Trance, high-energy Trance with Japanese harmonics. If you love Ferry Corsten, Barthezz, and John Robinson, you are going to fall in love with this set.

Rather than moving on with future recordings, I took the last 10 months trying to reconstruct this set as best as possible and today I am happy to share with you my Mission Control set.

As many of you know, I made my international debut performing at Mission Control Europe music festival in Warsaw, Poland last year; however, the recording from that event was seriously degraded and unreleaseable.

Stars! It was long overdue but I wanted to make sure I release the best sets available as possible. Hear is my reconstructed set from Mission Control Music Festival at Warsaw, Poland now on my Mixcloud: www.mixcloud.com/sephihakubi/...

Oh when I defend myself, I could get charged with assault and go to butt-pounding jail…but when CM Punk does it, it’s cute?

YOU ASKED FOR TRANCE… WE TURNED IT INTO A MOVEMENT! After the first edition back in March shook the city to its core, one thing became clear… #Trance isn’t leaving #SanAntonio. It’s taking over. #TranceFormation returns Friday, May 29, 2026. posh.vip/e/trance-for...

I always wondered how “hackers” ever got caught in schools back in the late 90s, early Y2K when nothing was encrypted and all ports were open. Did schools that were unsecured actually have Intrusion Detection? My guess was #hackers talked too much.

Today I’ll be heading to Shibuya to pick up my TIMM badge and mix with other industry professionals in the world music industry. I have a lot more plans for Tokyo and not a lot of time but I’m so happy and appreciative to be here. どもありがとうございます。

000

Finally I doubled back to Asakusa walking through the Senso-ji grounds to meet with an old friend and her furry friends at her cat rescue.

I’m currently staying in Akihabara which is very convenient for fulfilling my fandom and foodie desires and I visited my old stay at Higashi-Juujo. In addition, I went to win love by daylight visiting the Hikawa Shrine and ate at McDonald’s at Azabu-Juuban.

I came to Tokyo for a musical vision quest, first going to MOGRA and then later this week I will be attending Tokyo International Music Market (TIMM) as the envoy for @hakubiverse.com.

Figure I’d sit down to make a more substantial post about my time in Japan. Already went to do a lot of cool things and see so many cool sights I haven’t really had time to post other than to update my IG stories. #Japan #Japanese #Tokyo #TIMM #MOGRA #music #anime #AnimEDM #otaku

This isn't stepping away from the community; it's raising the bar for what we can experience together. Thank you for respecting my boundaries, believing in me, and helping me carry #AnimEDM to heights we never thought possible.

100

Furthermore, as I historically uploaded almost every set I performed to Mixcloud, starting 2026, I will only upload select major live performances as not every set is guaranteed to be recorded.

100

With the exception of select anime conventions and major festivals, all Sephi Hakubi bookings will now begin at $1,000 minimum appearance fee.

As HakubiVerse grows into bigger projects and new opportunities, I need to protect my time and energy so l can keep giving you my best. That means I'll no longer be taking small club slots or opening sets.
