Not only thought about it, I’ve attempted a few times. I was incredibly overwhelmed, felt an intense sense of sadness and while I wasn’t alone (there were people in my orbit) I felt lonely. I couldn’t figure out how to get a handle on the emotions and felt the only way out was to end it all.

During the panini, there was a week where I couldn’t get out of bed. I felt fine physically, but I couldn’t bring myself to get out of bed. This ultimately led to a bit of a breakdown. There were signs before this moment, but this cemented my need to focus on my mental health.
