BTW: On Season 4, and I’m really liking it. Right up my alley.

Yeah, not my thing anymore. I’ll give props to some well shot sequences and lighting, but the overall vibe of it is just too nasty and cruel for my tastes. There’s plenty of movies that do well with spotlighting bad people, but I just thought this was misery with no real point.

I recall High School Me digging House Of 1000 Corpses. I haven’t seen it since then, and I don’t know if 36 year old me will feel the same, but let’s give it a fair shot.

Honestly would rather lose a game than have this on my record till the end of time.

Is it possible to have a tie game at The Super Bowl? If there is, The Giants will find a way to do it.

Okay, fair play: I will never complain about Penta winning a big match.

Maybe it’s okay to move on from wrestling and embrace what is actually bringing me excitement 8in the current moment going forward.

000

SentientAnvil @sentientanvil.bsky.social · 11/10/2026

I know there are plenty of options for wrestling, and respect to those places and talent, but something about the whole of wrestling has just not really excited me in a while for reasons I can’t quite explain.

100

SentientAnvil @sentientanvil.bsky.social · 11/10/2026

I don’t really ever aim to be the “mad at wrestling“ guy, so apologies if this comes across like that. I’m just…confused and bored, I guess. Will still tune in to hype up personal faves like Becky, Sami, KO & Bayley, but otherwise…maybe a break is a good idea.

100

SentientAnvil @sentientanvil.bsky.social · 11/10/2026

Granted, I’ve never been much of a Judgment Day guy in ANY version of the group, so it’s not like I was ever high on them and then fell off. I’ve just been a bit of a hater from the start, I guess, and I don’t think that’s changing anytime soon.

SentientAnvil @sentientanvil.bsky.social · 11/10/2026

Plus I think they’re going to Dublin either end of this year/early next year...

My dog Rosie is not happy right now, and I don’t blame her one bit.

000

SentientAnvil @sentientanvil.bsky.social · 11/10/2026

Is Bron the more “logical” choice? Maybe, but I don’t like seeing either Judgment Day or The Vision gloating, so of course having them BOTH get to gloat is a no go for me.

SentientAnvil @sentientanvil.bsky.social · 11/10/2026

Forget what I said earlier: Give KO the briefcase. Look, I’m bummed Roxanne, Steph & Becky lost, so I need someone not named Oba to make me happy with a W tonight.

I wasn’t watching wrestling during Triple H’s ”Reign Of Terror” in the Early 2000s, but I think I’m getting an idea of what it was like week by week seeing the women’s title just always end up back to Liv somehow.

100

SentientAnvil @sentientanvil.bsky.social · 11/10/2026

Oh well, at least she didn’t take the fall.

100

SentientAnvil @sentientanvil.bsky.social · 11/10/2026

I wish I loved anything as much as Triple H loves Judgment Day. I personally don’t get the hype, but to each their own, I suppose.

000

SentientAnvil @sentientanvil.bsky.social · 11/10/2026

One of my unwritten rules in wrestling is that only faces are allowed to bring out tables, so I approve of Becky & Stephanie being the ones to set it up.

SentientAnvil @sentientanvil.bsky.social · 11/10/2026

He looks so happy. I hope nothing bad happens to him in the next few seconds that would ruin that happiness.

Roman & LA are cowards for fighting and leaving before anyone has a chance to cash in on whoever wins. Props to Stephanie, Becky & Liv for not being afraid of competing despite knowing the Woman’s MITB winner will very likely have an eye on their title match.

The Atlanta Dream are heading to the WNBA Finals for the first time since 2013 following a semifinal sweep of the New York Liberty. The quest for their first-ever championship remains alive. ATL has won 10 straight dating back to the regular season

Just back and forth basketball. Every time the Liberty knock on the door the Dream push the lead back up to 4-6. Liberty's offensive process felt better in second. Dream made no threes but got in the paint. Reese and Borlase had huge buckets.

Liberty up 68-66 going into the final quarter. You got this, New York!

I’ll admit I don’t love how MVC:I looks, I just prefer the more arcade style of the 90s games or the more comic book look of MVC 3, but there are a lot of characters in that game I really liked playing as (especially new ones like Black Widow, Ultron, Monster Hunter and Black Panther)

I LIKED that Ryder was nothing like Shepard. She was more of a reluctant heroine than pre-established badass, and watching her stumble but ultimately rise to the occasion just felt good. Also has probably the best combat in the series and I liked exploring the worlds.

Mass Effect: Andromeda & Marvel Vs. Capcom: Infinite. No, neither are as good as what came before, but I just had a real nice time with both.

That group is probably the main reason why I didn’t dump FB years ago. I’m not really active there anymore and it’s only a matter of time till I finally get the courage to just not log into FB ever again, but I agree that group is evidence that there’s still places of decency on that site.

Some of my favorite work from big main eventers like Cena, Becky and Moxley has come from their workhorse title runs. They end up competing more and get to fight people they don’t usually get to face, so I’d personally like to see him finish the collection so we can see how he’d approach it.
