Fox Shore tenants demanded security for their belongings before relocation. Recently, a tenant found the elevators unlocked and front door wide open. Tenants shouldn’t have to fear theft or damage while displaced. Tenants must be included in the settlement. #HousingJustice #TenantRights

The Illinois AG sued Essence Development, the landlord of Fox Shore Apartments, for doing construction in the building without following asbestos regulations. Email attorney_general@atg.state.il.us to make sure that the affected tenants get a fair portion of the settlement! #TenantRights

Another huge victory for our tenants at Ellis Lakeview! Back rent for all of our tenants has been WAIVED. For years, tenants have fought hard in and out of court against inflated or outright fraudulent balances, including going on a rent strike just over a year ago. Congratulations!
