Sursprisingly many people irl ask me why I don't use AI to make my game. The list is so long. But my top 5 is: 5. It's theft 4. It fills each market with low quality crap 3. It prevents you from learning something new 2. It kills creativity 1. It's a huge waste of humanity's collective resources

Today my godchild learned that I am making a video game. Now he wants to make one too. An open-world 3D super hero game with endless replayability and multiple playable characters with different abilities. He asked me if this is easy, medium or hard to develop. Yeah, about that... #gamedev

When things fall into place with game design it can seem as if you had planned all this all along, which I so very much didn't. Iteration and playtesting is like the sea turning a jagged rock into a smooth pebble. #indiegame #gamedev

I avoided playing Slice and Dice for 2 years because I worried I would unconsciously copy from it to my own game. I finally played it and I think I was right to wait. What a great game, I am jealous!
