5. When it's all over, get some rest. Or at the very least lay down, even if you can't sleep. If it's mid-day, see if a nap is possible. You may wake up with a hang-over like feeling, so take it easy.

4. A cold wash cloth or an icepack over the eyes can sooth the aching. Highly recommend this as it also might help with the tension headache.

3. Fruit with a lot of water like watermelon, grapes, etc can both give you that sweet flavor you seek when wanting comfort and also hydrate you.

2. Hydrate up at full speed. You can get incredibly dehydrated from crying. Water water water. If you like tea, natural calming teas like chamomile or matcha with it's L-theanine might help you relax and de-stress a little.

1. Don't eat any junk, you WILL get insanely nauseas Avoid greasy foods, stuff that can cause indigestion, as well as IBS symptom trigger foods if you have it (like I do) I ate some chips last night, as one does when seeking comfort. BIG MISTAKE.

This time, because we used Al for the footage within the event, it seems that concerns have arisen regarding the content of the works as well, so I would like to provide an explanation. It was entirely due to the desire to make the presentation more spectacular that we incorporated processing that also served as an experiment using the latest Al.

It appears that some people felt uncomfortable about this, so I deeply apologize.
However, at our company, the parts that relate to the charm and individuality of the released works
—such as scenarios, character designs, and basic settings-are all created by human hands. What we're aiming for in terms of efficiency through Al is mainly the digitization of creative work made by people, for example, accurately converting original artwork into polygons and such. Please rest assured that no simplistic Al-generated output data is included in the games that are released.

On the contrary, thanks to the time created by Al efficiency, creators are now able to dedicate more time to the essence of creation, and I believe the finished products are turning out to a level that will satisfy everyone even more than before.
Ultimately, under the plan to shorten the current
5-year development period for major titles to 2 years, we are in the stage of trial and error, and struggling forward.

That said, it's undeniable that this time, out of the desire to create a clear and flashy presentation, we ended up using Al in a wide variety of ways.
We will take this as a lesson and carry it forward to the next one, so please look forward to Level Five's next presentation.
