Here is a novel idea: a political credit system, a report card for politicians. Representatives would earn policredits from constituents at town halls, authoring bills and doing a good job. A government shutdown means the automatic removal of 30% of Congress with the worst policredit rating.

Also, no college students owe on debt if university curriculums don't prepare them for the modern workplace. 17th century Baroque art was an interesting course - it doesn't help me run a 21st century company. Not one course taught sales techniques. I had to learn that on my own.
