Had a dream where I was running D&D for like 25+ people and Matt Mercer was there but I couldn’t find my stuff, things kept breaking and needing my attention and I could feel myself becoming my adhd mother, disappearing for “just a minute” to fix things before reappearing AND MATT MERCER WAS THERE.

I don’t consider myself an artist but I dabble and fe3h made me double dabble, a doubble, if you will. So here’s some of my favorite pieces…

Summary
After finding Hubert collapsed in a field, Raphael takes him home to his inn for the night. What starts as an awkward comradeship soon blossoms into something more.

It took Hubert a moment to register who the boisterous voice belonged to, but once his brain worked past the haze of fatigued sludge, he was able to quickly put a face with the booming, energetic tone. An amiable face that had been often encountered in the monastery’s training yard or mess hall. One that he had not seen since the war had concluded.

Sure enough, within moments Raphael Kirsten entered his line of sight. The large war master’s usual friendly expression pinched with concern as he drew near.

“Hey there, friend, are your alright—Hubert?!” Raphael’s eyes widened with surprise, nearly dropping the lantern. He leaned in closer with the lantern, Hubert hissing and squinting against the harsh glow of candlelight scalding his eyes, “Is that really you? What are you doing out here laying on the ground?!”

“It was such a lovely night, I decided to camp out under the stars,” Hubert muttered flatly as he remained unmoving on the cold soil. One of the rocks under his back shifted, now digging directly into his spine.

“What?! With no tent or bed roll?! That’s nuts! It’s freezing out here!” Raphael gawked. His teeth chattered and a cloud of vapour seeped from his mouth as he spoke as if to emphasize his point.

Hubert bit down on the urge to roll his eyes.

“I am merely taking a moment to regain my breath. You can return to whatever duties you were tending to. I will be on my way soon and will be of no trouble to you or your family,” Hubert grumbled even as his words slurred with drowsiness, his eyelids grew heavy, and the last tethers of alertness loosened their hold and gave way to the smothering blanket of exhaustion that had been slowly enveloping him.

I think I forgot to post about my second batch of foster kittens? Anyways there were four of them and I love them even though I only had them for three weeks to socialize them 💖
