𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐞𝐥 @seachael.bsky.social · 27/09/2026Ahhhh the Leonard Maltin film guide. I read it cover to cover waiting for the day when I’d have some rental choices. 010

𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐞𝐥 @seachael.bsky.social · 14/09/2026You have no idea what I figured out how to craft with a can of sardines, can of beans (garbanzo, northern white, etc), fresh herbs, lemon juice, and some key spices during those long months of 2020. Breath of the Wild is right. 000
𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐞𝐥 @seachael.bsky.social · 13/09/2026What if Ghostbusters and Ghostbusters II were the same film? It runs 3 hours and you have the time of your life for the first half, and then you spend another hour and a half thinking you couldn’t possibly have been enjoying yourself, that you must have been mistaken. That’s my review of HOPE. 010

𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐞𝐥 @seachael.bsky.social · 08/09/2026Update. The beautiful owl swooped over my dachshund and probably would have snatched her if my wife didn’t intervene. I had to chase the dinosaur away from the nearby trees over the following days. It was quiet over the weekend, then today someone showed up with a buddy. 020

𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐞𝐥 @seachael.bsky.social · 07/09/2026We’re living in wasteland of 15 years of smart phones. Maybe the tech sell of another utopia is just the same lie taking us further down eschaton alley. 010

𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐞𝐥 @seachael.bsky.social · 07/09/2026Even far before the fires, this was the best library system I have even been a part of. Easy checkouts, no crazy late fee shaming kids and adults, and a great selection of books because if you request a book, they send it to your house — and you drop it off when you’re done. 130

𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐞𝐥 @seachael.bsky.social · 06/09/2026One of the only films that gets more intense as it gets quieter. Amazing to see this in the theater. What a soundtrack. 000
𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐞𝐥 @seachael.bsky.social · 04/09/2026Oof should have checked foreign films: Fallen Angels, Underground, and City of Lost Children were all that year too 000

𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐞𝐥 @seachael.bsky.social · 03/09/2026Just saw ED1 in the theater a couple weeks ago. Still have no idea how that must have landed when it came out. No one was moving a camera like that, no one was editing like that. It’s the weirdo outlier that’s actually groundbreaking. 010
𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐞𝐥 @seachael.bsky.social · 03/09/2026Wondering if the script was already in development for years and they coincidentally had a very similar gag, or if they just lifted it and made it ‘fun’. Probably the former— but it still doesn’t work. 100
