We at SDA are full of outrage and grief at the passage of the federal budget reconciliation bill last week. Read our full statement on our website. bit.ly/SDA-budget-r...
Yellow background and red border. SDA's logo at the top. Text reads: We at SDA are full of outrage and grief at the passage of the federal budget reconciliation bill last week.

As many of our allies have pointed out, the implementation of this bill will take time, and we can continue to fight at every point in this process.

We will take care of each other, in ways big and small. We will help each other with the bureaucratic burdens of Medicaid, as new work requirement rules try to push people off the rolls. We will work to delay the cuts that are promised in this bill, and keep fighting to hold our elected officials accountable for the untold harm and devastation that they have caused. Why we're not supporting AB 1326 (the CA bill that supposedly protects the right to mask): We're fully against mask bans, and we recognize how dangerous they are. We would support legislation that exclusively specifies that it prevents mask bans. [1/6]
White text against a fuchsia background reads: "Why we're not supporting AB 1326 ("Masks: Individual or Public Health.") Read on for details." There's an image of a respirator in the background. In the
