I changed my name to reflect my identity on @linkedin.com It now violates terms of service. My parents don’t call me by the name I am apparently required to use on LinkedIn. If they had asked I would have provided the court paperwork. So I’ve lost all my connections and a decade of work. Cool

Attacked by a cat and nobody seems to understand why I’m not mad at the cat. I was trying to move one of the other cats and I think he was defending her. Like yes I’m hurt, my wounds hurt, but he had a very understandable reason. I will be that cat’s biggest defender. I didn’t know but I messed up.

Just got attacked by a cat and I’m trying to assure my nephew that he doesn’t have to be afraid of the cat. I’m tore up but I see a reason the cat thought he had to do it and yes I am hesitant but if I got past my fear of dogs me and the cat will get over this.

My mom has an issue with any measure that doesn’t specifically and directly benefit her life. She has an issue currently with the city’s funding of teenagers’ bus passes. I asked her if she would rather have them driving. She said “no”. But to her it is “taxation without representation.”
