So I'm going to lose my hearing, but may keep the tinnitus. Awesome.

Hearing Loss - In small tumors, it is sometimes possible to save the hearing by removing the tumor. Some tumor: are larger, however, and the hearing is lost in the involved ear as a result of the surgical procedure. Therefore following surgery the patient hears only with the remaining good ear.

Tinnitus- Tinnitus (ear noise) remains the same as before surgery in most cases. In %10 of the patients the tinnitus may be more noticeable.

Got my brain scans all done and on a CD. Now I just need a computer with a CD drive, the necessary software to read the images, and years of medical training to understand what the images say. Or I can wait until my doctor’s appointment next Thursday.

I have 600+ hours in #VintageStory. I know that pit kilns can cause forest fires if you are not careful. I thought I was being careful. Red = already burned down. Yellow = currently burning

Cleaned out most of the dead and moldy stems. I have higher hopes for the one on the left. Righty is probably a goner.

I was gifted some plants from a coworker. “Don’t worry,” he said, “I watered them real good this morning!” Oh no.

Two potted shamrocks (oxalis). They have been heavily over watered, and now their stems are flopped over, trying to crawl away from the saturated soil.

One of the shamrocks still has one stem standing tall amongst its fallen brethren.
