Stanton Moore is one of the most recognizable drummers to come out of the Crescent City in the last thirty years. As the backbone of Galactic, he helped build a sound that fuses funk, jazz, and second-line groove into something that's uniquely his own. Beyond the band, he's built a career as a session player, a bandleader with Stanton Moore Trio, and one of the most respected drum educators working today — his instructional material has shaped how a generation of players think about pocket, feel, and New Orleans rhythm.
