I believe that one vector for spreading Trump's dementia is the press, which refuses to get serious about calling it dementia. Nothing like Joe Biden got. Without that, there's little reason for members of his administration to be the least bit circumspect about displaying dementia to the press.

I just saw the NBC News Daily story on gas prices. For some reason it was about gas prices in CA and why they are higher than elsewhere. This might comfort viewers who prefer to think bad things about CA, but it diverts attention from the proximate cause for high gas prices. But you knew that.
