The reason that voting by mail is such a threat to minority rule is that A. It makes voting easy and B. It’s harder to intimidate voters going to a mailbox than having armed and masked goons at polling stations. The irony is he said that Putin advised this. Putin HATES democracy more than ANYTHING!
