Palmini noodles: a decent pasta substitute! Sure it doesn’t absorb the sauce, but it’s got a decent texture and no carbs. Please go try these at least once. Experiment: can of loaded baked potato soup (340 cal), spotted the noodles on and decided to take a chance. Added grated cheese. Worth it!
