1/2 I have a somewhat ambivalent view of this: customers are taking a high risk with these old versions. Business Central is a cloud product for Microsoft, where customers update every 9 - 12 months at the most. IMHO OnPrem is no longer as interesting for Microsoft.

I no longer work with NAV at all. All our products for this Version (NAV) are EOL. However, we (unfortunately) still have many customers on these old versions and the project teams are still making adjustments and supporting the customers, of course.
