There are more chickens on the earth than ALL wild animals combined. The suffering in factory farms is something I don’t want to consume or contribute to, and neither to climate change. It’s why I avoid all grocery store meat &fish. Capitalism degrades all life on earth to commodities.

7 - Talking to me in good spirits. In psychosis a bad mood is contagious. 8 - Reminding me to take my medication or softly reinforcing their importance. 9 - Not acting like I'm unruly and viewing me with eyes of compassion. 10 - Providing me with basic comforts like food, drinks and clothing.

1 - Remaining calm since everything was amplified to me. Yelling at me could do something like trigger my mind to think nuclear bombs were falling. 2 - Listening to me without intentionally confirming my delusions or feeding them. This kept me safe from spiraling.
